Frequently Asked Questions

Keeping Collections Simple - It would be really helpful if you could give us the following help:

1. A description of the waste you would like to be collected with a rough idea of quantity.

2. Images are welcome if you are not sure.

3. Are there any access restrictions that we will need to circumvent i.e.

  • Is the area on the ninth floor with a limited lift capacity?
  • Is parking or waiting time outside the building limited or completely off limits i.e. on a red route.
  • How close to the building containing the waste can we park the van / truck
  • Is the waste separated and clearly identified? Plastic/ Metals/ Food / Paper or Cardboard / Hazardous.
